Refund Policy

1. Time Limit

We can only process refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase.

2. What Doesn't Qualify for a Refund

Poor Input Quality

In the event that we manually review your input image and find that they do not meet the requirements for producing successful AI-generated pictures, we are not obligated to issue a refund. However, we may offer to redo the AI-generated photos while providing clear guidelines on the specifications for the uploaded images.

Partial Satisfaction

There are no refunds for liking some AI-generated photos, but not all. Errors in images do not qualify for a refund.

Downloading Images

When you download the AI Hairstyles generated using Hair Adviser, you accept them, and they are not eligible for a refund. However, you can preview all of your AI-generated pictures before downloading.

3. How Long Do Refunds Take

Refund requests will be reviewed within 1-3 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. We cannot refund to a different account.
